Comfortable Living

At the Senior Apartments, retirement living is easy in a gracious environment that is affordable. The comfortable one bedroom and spacious two bedroom apartments all come with a full bathroom and sit down shower, an electric stove top, full size refrigerator, smoke/fire alarms, wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms and living areas, and individual temperature controls. We provide maintenance free, handicap accessible, housing for seniors. The facility offers senior living in an uncomplicated atmosphere ready to be personalized with your own furnishings and belongings to create the warmth and comfort you desire in your new home.



Security & Safety

The Senior Apartments, located adjacent to Summit Acres Nursing Home, provides you with the security of knowing licensed health care professionals are right next door. The 24-hour emergency call system provides our residents with the security and safety they deserve.

Community Involvement

The Noble County Senior Citizens Center makes daily bus stops on weekdays for those residents interested in joining other members of the community for food, activities and fun at the Senior Citizens Center just a few miles away. They also provide meals, housekeeping, transportation, and companion services for those in need. Activities that take place at the Senior Apartments are endless. Our monthly newsletter keeps residents informed of in-house news and upcoming events such as weekly crafts, movies and popcorn, "pot-luck" brunches, Bible study and church services, exercise groups, informative seminars and speakers, cards, bingo and much more. The residents choose which activities they would like to participate in while our staff encourages and supports the resident's privacy and independence.

Monthly rental (starting at $515) includes:

Services at additional charges include:
• housekeeping and laundry services
• meals can be served in the spacious residents' dining room or delivered to your door
• medical services (home health services can be arranged through Summit Acres Home Care or other agencies in the community for those that qualify)

• pets allowed with some restrictions

Senior Apartments & Fitness Center

The fitness center is located on the first floor of the apartments. An indoor walking track and exercise room make this a wonderful facility open to our residents and members of the community over the age of 50.
